Description
The AE20/21 is a fantastic inverted microscope and is not a stripped down version of its more powerful brother, AE30/31. The AE20/21 is an inverted microscope equipped with the functions typically used by routine clinical preparation, instead of saddling the user with unused accessories and a heavy financial burden.
Equipped standard with the Colour Corrected Infinity Optical System [CCIS®] and an ELWD N.A. 0.30 condenser [WD=72mm] that incorporates a slider stop for the standard PH 1 annuli phase slider, the AE20/21 already is prepared for multiple tasks with an extra cost to user. Combining the long working distance condenser with a hard coated stage [for those accidental spills] that rests at 207mm from the bench, numerous samples and containers can be used with the AE20/21. The AE20/21's standard CCIS® E Plan Achromat inverted objectives have a waterproof construction for those accidental spills, as mentioned before, in addition to providing the clarity needed in preparation up to a field flatness of F.N.20.
Making those long periods of observation and preparation less tiring and painful, the AE20/21 rests at a comfortable 45° observation angle and a viewing height of 370mm [390 trinocular]while positioning its focus mechanisms low to reduce wrist strain. The overall focus system has a stroke of 10mm with a minimum increment of 2mm. Reducing eye fatigue is the intensity controlled 30W/6V quartz halogen illumination to provide adequate illumination plus the siedentopf system [50-70mm] and diopter adjustment [±5°] for further optical correction to the user. |

Description
The AE30/31 is an inverted microscope for the routine realm, but offers upscale research functions, such as fluorescence and an externally mounted and centrable 30W/6V halogen Koehler illumination. Complementing the uniform illumination is the ELWD 0.30 N.A. condenser with its 72mm working distance for large sample and carriers, which can be adjusted and centered to provide the optimum amount of illumination for each sample. Furthermore, the condenser is equipped with a slider stop for the equipped standard centrable PH 1 and PH 3 Phase slider. An optional LWD 0.50 N.A. condenser [WD=28mm] is available should the need arise.
Driven for applications, the AE30/31 incorporates the Colour Corrected Infinity Optical System [CCIS®] to power system expansions and to produce, along with the CCIS® Plan Achromat inverted objectives, crisp, flat and high contrast images in field flatness up to F.N.22. These images can be viewed for hours upon hours in fatigue free manner thanks to the comfortable 45° observation angle and viewing height of 380mm [400mm – trinocular], which is the ideal height from the laboratory tabletop to the users' eyepieces. Assisting the angle is the Siedentopf system [50-70mm] for setting the correct interpupillary distance and the adjustable high eye point WF10X eyepiece, which can be adjusted ±5° for individual astigmatism and aligning reticules.
Supporting all these applications and functions is the AE30/31's stable inverted "Y" designed stand. The inverted "Y" provides the necessary stability and weight distribution to handle the attachment of Epi-fluorescence and other accessories. The stand features low position focus mechanisms to alleviate wrist strain while adjusting the focus at 1mm minimum increments throughout the 10mm stroke range. The stage sits at a height of 207mm for rapid sample changes. A universal mechanical stage [tilted adjustment] is available as an option plus a series of Petri dish holders. |

Versatile upright microscope
Aesthetically pleasing in appearance, versatile in operation, the BA300 is the ideal microscope for users in applications ranging from teaching to training to routine screening to microbiology.
Description
Employed with the Colour Corrected Infinity Optical System [CCIS®] throughout its internal system and EF Plan objectives, the BA300 produces imaging that is crisp, flat, and distortion-free with high contrast up to a field flatness of F.N.20. Furthermore, the BA300, should the need arise, can be used in conjunction with the CCIS® Plan Achromat objectives for further image clarity.
The aesthetics of the BA300 give way to the ergonomic practicality of usage for the BA300 is equipped with a comfortable observation angle of 30° plus the siedentopf system for interpupiliary correction [55-75mm] in addition to the adjustable high eyepoint eyepieces. The adjustable eyepieces also allow for proper alignment of reticules to quantify your obeservation. Adding to the aesthetics and comfort is the low-positioned focus mechanism and especially the flat fine focus wheel, which assists in achieving those 2mm minimum increment movements for sample under high magnifications and area specific. Located nearby is the mechanical stage controls [76 X 50mm movement] to minimise the amount of wrist strain from adjusting the location and refocusing. The BA300 is equipped standard with a focus lock to ensure quick sample changes without the hassle and strain of refocusing and finding the sample.
BA300 is also a sytem of choices to create a more versatile system. One can choice which type of head they prefer to use; binocular, trinocular [20/80], or trinocular [0/100], plus what type of illuimination source, 30W/6V transmitted halogen or 3W transmitted LED, to uniformly illuminate the sample. Assisting in the uniform illumination is the N.A 0.90 Abbe condenser with slider stop, which can be integrated with the simple phase slider [PH 1/ PH 3] or a dark field slider for simple applications. Again should the need arise, the BA300 can accept both the N.A. 1.25 Phase Contrast turret condenser and the Phase and Dark field Contrast N.A. 1.25 turret condenser for magnification specific observation. |
